Privacy policy

• Your account: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares (name, email, picture). Sign-in is handled by Clerk.
• Your brand workspace: brand name and spellings, team members, and the GST billing details you add.
• Your products: links you paste and what we import from them (photos, titles, prices, variants, descriptions), plus photos you upload.
• What you make: briefs, hooks, scripts, creators, images and videos generated in your workspace.
• Influencer photos: if you add your own creator, the photos you upload and your confirmation that you have their consent.
• Payments: top-up amounts and invoices. Card and UPI details are entered with Cashfree and never reach our servers.
• Usage: basic logs of what was generated and charged, so your wallet and invoices are correct.

• To write, cast and generate your ads, and keep them in your workspace.
• To run your wallet: reserve and charge credits, and issue GST invoices.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.
• To reply when you contact us. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your products or ads to advertise Taal without asking you.

We use these providers to run Taal. Each gets only what its job needs:

• Clerk (sign-in and accounts) and Google (if you choose Google sign-in).
• AI models that write and generate your ads: Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) and OpenRouter (video models).
• Railway (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage) and Inngest (background jobs). Our servers and database are in Singapore.
• Cashfree (payments).

We use cookies to keep you signed in, and one short-lived cookie to remember a product link you pasted before signing up, so we can import it for you. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your workspace data stays while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your workspace, products and generated files, except invoices and payment records we must keep by law.

You can see and edit your products and brand details in the app at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, email aditya@theartment.com or contact us.

Taal is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users in the app.
