Terms and Conditions

Taal makes UGC-style video ads from your product pages: it writes hooks and scripts, casts an AI creator, and generates images and video you can download and run as ads. It is a tool for businesses, offered online only. Nothing is shipped to you physically.

Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what happens in your workspace. You must be 18 or older and using Taal for a business. One person may belong to several brand workspaces, and each workspace has its own wallet.

• Taal is pay as you go: you top up credits (₹1 buys 1 credit, plus 18% GST) and spend them on what you make. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• Payments are collected in Indian rupees through Cashfree Payments, which supports UPI, cards and net banking. Your card or UPI details are entered with Cashfree and never reach our servers.
• A GST invoice is issued for every top-up and is available in your wallet. Add your GSTIN in settings if you need it on the invoice.
• Every step shows its cost before you start it. Credits are reserved when a job starts and charged only for what comes back; failed jobs and safety-filter blocks are released in full.
• Welcome credits are free, are spent first, and expire 30 days after you join. Paid credits don't expire while your account is open.

Failed jobs and safety-filter blocks are released back to your wallet automatically. Unused paid credits can be refunded if you ask within 7 days of paying. The full rules are in our Refunds and Cancellations policy.

• You keep the rights to your products, photos and brand. You give us permission to use them only to make your ads.
• The hooks, scripts, images and videos made in your workspace are yours to use in your marketing, subject to the terms of the AI models that generate them.
• Only import products and upload photos you have the right to use. If you add a real person as a creator, you must have their consent.

• You're responsible for the claims your ads make and for following advertising rules where you run them.
• Don't use Taal to make misleading, unlawful, hateful or sexual content, to impersonate anyone, or to copy other brands' ads or products.
• Generated people are AI creations; don't present them as real customers giving real testimonials where the law or the ad platform forbids it.

AI generation can be imperfect, so review every ad before you run it. We work to keep Taal available and your files safe, but the service is provided as it is, and we're not liable for indirect losses or for more than what you paid us in the last three months.

You can stop using Taal and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach, we'll refund any unspent paid credits.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users in the app. Continuing to use Taal after that means you accept the new terms.
